InFocus COVID-19 Operation Protocols

InFocus Real Estate Group is working hard to protect its staff, agents and the clients we serve. In these times we must take measures to do what is responsible and asked of us by our leaders. During this time InFocus is open for business with COVID-19 restrictions and protocols. InFocus and its agents will take the following measures to follow the directive given by Gov. Dewine and other leaders to ensure the safety of our agents and clients.

1. Although InFocus remains open for business the physical locations of All InFocus offices are closed. Our agents are on site only to drop off closing paperwork, earnest money checks etc. but will be working remotely for all other activities.

2. Our agents will be conducting all buyer consults remotely as well as preliminary listing appointments. When entering a client’s home, our agents will do so wearing gloves and staying 6 feet away from all persons.

3. When showing properties, our agents will arrive early to wipe down all surfaces needed to be touched. Upon leaving the property, they will again wipe down all surfaces including the lockbox and key.

4. All InFocus Sellers will provide sanitary stations for buyers upon entering their homes. Buyers are asked to clean their hands, wear gloves when provided by seller and limit contact of surfaces. Buyer agents are being asked to use the sanitation wipes to wipe down surfaces, doorknobs etc. upon exiting the property. Buyers need to limit the number of people touring the homes. Please NO Children and only the buyers interested in the property. No Extended family members.

5. All Agents, Buyers and Seller must cancel any appointment if they begin to feel sick, have a cough or a fever. Please monitor these things daily to ensure the safety of you and other around you.

6. All real estate closings will be held at respective title company offices and we will follow their guidelines for their office.

7. For inspections our buyers will not attend except for the last 30 minutes of the inspection to review that inspection with the inspector. Our agents at this time WILL NOT attend the inspection.

8. Finally, our agents and buyers will NOT congregate at a property. They will enter and leave as quickly as possible and discuss anything needing discussing remotely after they exit the property.
